'Groundbreaking' New Bill Would Make It a Misdemeanor Crime to Give a Covid-19 Vaccine
A new bill put forth in the Idaho state legislature would make it a misdemeanor crime to administer an mRNA vaccine within the state.
The legislation states that "a person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid technology for use in an individual or any other mammal in this state."
Idaho Sen. Tammy Nichols and Rep. Judy Boyle are sponsoring the legislation and have brought it to the Health & Welfare Committee as House Bill No. 154. Nichols has said that the bill is being "fast tracked."
"I think there is a lot of information that comes out with concerns to blood clots and heart issues," Nichols said.
The groundbreaking legislation would be the first of its kind in the United States. The closest approximation to the bill was the Florida Surgeon General's removal of the recommendation for Covid mRNA shots for individuals ages 18 to 39 years old.
"The Florida Department of Health (Department) conducted an analysis through a self-controlled case series, which is a technique originally developed to evaluate vaccine safety," Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo announced by press release in October.
"This analysis found that there is an 84% increase in the relative incidence of cardiac-related death among males 18-39 years old within 28 days following mRNA vaccination," the announcement stated. "With a high level of global immunity to COVID-19, the benefit of vaccination is likely outweighed by this abnormally high risk of cardiac-related death among men in this age group. Non-mRNA vaccines were not found to have these increased risks."
The State Surgeon General thus recommended against males aged 18 to 39 from receiving the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.
"Those with preexisting cardiac conditions, such as myocarditis and pericarditis, should take particular caution when making this decision," Ladapo advised.
Dr. Ladapo recently provided an update on a dramatic increase in adverse event reports following Covid-19 vaccinations.
"Florida saw a 1,700% increase in adverse event reports after COVID-19 vaccinations," he said. "Does that sound safe and effective? I didn’t think so either. That’s why we released this health alert. Just because “correlation ≠ causation” doesn’t mean we should abandon common sense."
It looks like the two Idaho legislators bringing forth legislation to ban mRNA vaccinations in the state would wholeheartedly agree.
